SEC has completed multiple phases of plant upgrades for our client including the construction of a formulation control room, powder room updates, & office upgrades. Also included was the replacement of a 300,000L tank, demo of existing process piping, installation of new process piping for the plant upgrades, Installation of load cells, new Water Softener system, partial bagging system required for dry chemical process, & Installation of new filter bank system and exhaust system. Our electrical scopes consisted of upgrades to existing PLC cabinets, Installation of new Network and PLC cabinets, Installation of new tray and cables for Instrumentation, install of new heat trace and insulation to outdoor process piping, new VFD Installs & general facility maintenance.
